How do I prepare for a session?
To prepare for your session, you will want to have 3 – 7 open ended questions to ask your Record Keepers. You will also want to abstain from alcohol and non-prescription drugs 24 hours prior.
Why can’t I drink 24 hours prior?
Accessing your Akashic Record is energy work, so having as clean of an energy field as possible benefits you and the experience. Information can flow more easily and quickly without any physical hindrances.
Can I record my session?
Yes, of course! Please let Molly know if you’d like it recorded if you are doing the session via phone or Skype. It is best to start the recording after your Record has been opened.
Why are the questions open-ended?
When we engage with our Records, it is a conversation! They are here to support, love, and guide us. They want to know what questions you have, so they can provide deeper insights. When we come to them with an open-ended question, they have full reign to provide as much information as is beneficial to us. If we specifically ask yes/no questions, they are somewhat restricted to that area, and the information we are seeking may be just outside the yes/no range. Yes/no questions are good to check understanding or navigate into an open-ended question.
How often is it recommended I connect with my Akashic Records?
This varies by person. If you are working on extremely specific, nitty-gritty, and possibly difficult subjects/topics, it may be beneficial to work with them every 2 – 4 weeks. If you are working with them on patterns and beliefs that you have awareness of and are looking for extra support, guidance, or clarity, once a month to once a quarter could be a better fit. Trust yourself and your intuition to know when the correct time to reconnect is. They always love to spend time with you, and can always offer insights!
How can I support myself after my session?
Be kind to yourself! This is energy work combined with a lot of information mental, emotional and physical information. You will want to allow yourself to take it easy, and not do anything physically grueling. Drinking a lot of water is also beneficial for your body to integrate the information. You can also ask the Records what would be best for you!
